Tracey: What’s the weirdest thing a fan has ever did to get your attention? (Michelle)

Chris:  The weirdest thing a fan has ever done to get my attention would have to be putting a crab in front of me and saying, this one girl gave me a crab because she knew I liked to eat crab.  So she gave me a live crab in a Tupperware container.  And her name is Michelle so if you want to know, because I remember the name now forever.  Because she was like “Here you go, I went and caught this for you in the ocean.”  And I was like “What the heck?” and my mom actually cooked it when we got home so.  It was good, thank you Michelle.

Michelle: I love crab too.

Chris:  Yeah, it’s good.  Steamed crab with butter, crack it open.  Okay.

Tracey: What’s your favorite Dreamstreet memory? (Donna)

Chris: My favorite Dreamstreet memory was going on tour, and singing in front of like hundreds or thousands of people.  That was so amazing.  I remember the days we were on the tour bus, and we were performing in front of so many people.  It’s a dream come true.  They were chanting our name, they were like “Chris Chris ahhhh”, it was so much fun.  I loved it.

Tracey: Who are your favorite artists? (Daniel)

Chris: My favorite artist, I don’t know, I like so many.  I can’t pick a favorite.  I like “Anna”.  I like “Gavin Degraw”.  I like “The Killers”.  I like, who else do I like?  I love Lindsay, even though she’s being mean lately to me.  No, I’m just kidding (laughs).  I’m just giving you bs, I’m not really even…the part about Anna is true.  I like Anna as an artist.  The rest I’m just, I have so many favorite singers and actors.  I don’t even have favorites really.

Michelle:  Me and Tracey met Gavin Degraw last December.

Chris:  I like Gavin Degraw, he’s cool.  He dated one of my friends, so he’s a cool kid.  Yeah, I don’t know.  I like too many bands to tell you.

Tracey:  That works.  Gavin’s shows are really crazy.  He actually leapt off the stage and over the barricades and ran through the stands.

Chris:  I heard about that.

Tracey:  He had all these fans running after him, and then, of course running after him were security.

Michelle:  It was funny.

Chris: (laughs) It was funny.

Tracey:  It was, it got everybody’s attention.

Chris: (laughs) That it does.

Tracey:  And then he’d jump down and was shaking everybody’s hands, that kind of stuff.

Chris: (laughs) That’s so funny.

Tracey:  That kind of stuff makes it more fun.  Not just standing up there.

Chris:  That’s something I would do too.

Tracey: What can we expect on the new cd?  (Tracey)

Chris:  You can expect a lot more R&B, a lot more rock, a lot more emotion.  Not so moaning sounds and *sings* not like stoner singing.  It’s more like vocally *sings*  I really sing, you know, like the harmonies and stuff.  I don’t know, really singing, it’s really cool.  There’s a lot of good dance beats, a lot more energy to the CD.  I love it.  I hope you guys like it.

Michelle:  I probably will.

Chris:  Yeah.

Tracey: (laughs)  I like what I’ve heard on myspace so far.

Chris:  You’ve heard it on myspace?

Tracey:  What?  What?

Chris:  You like the myspace, that has some of my music on there?

Tracey:  Yeah, I like the stuff that’s on there.

Chris:  Yeah.

Tracey:  Okay, now for the singing question. Can you give us a taste of one of the new songs on your CD?  And I’m supposed to ask, if we can request one, for you to sing “Pretty Girl”.

Chris: Yeah, sure.  Okay, first I’ll sing “Pretty Girl”.  Are you guys ready?

Tracey:  Yep.

Chris:  Are you ready?

Tracey:  Yep, go.

Chris: *sings part of “Pretty Girl”*  That’s that one.

Tracey:  Awesome.

Chris:  Do you want me to sing another song from the CD?

Tracey:  If you want to.

Chris:  Alright.  Ok, I’m going to sing another one after this one.  This is called “Tongue Ring”.  Actually, no I’ll sing, did you guys have another request besides “Pretty Girl”?

Tracey:  Mmm.

Chris:  Hello?

Tracey:  I requested that one by my friend, cos she wanted to hear that one but.

Chris:  Okay, I’ll sing “Play It Like That”.  Have you heard that one?

Tracey:  Yeah.

Chris:  You have?  Oh. *sings part of “Play It Like That”* Alright, and then this one’s called “If Only”.  And Anna and I recorded this in Sweden together.  Are you there?

Tracey:  Yeah, we’re just listening.

Michelle:  Yeah we’re still here.

Chris:  Oh, okay.  This is the song, what do you want to start?  Okay.

Chris & Anna: *sing part of “If Only”*

Chris:  Hello?

Michelle:  That was really, really good.

Chris:  Thank you.  (to Anna) They said it was really, really good.  It’s hard to sing, cos we don’t have the music so we can’t hear what key it’s in.  Also, we’re at Starbucks so everyone and their mother is looking at me like I’m out of my mind, cos I’m in the coffee shop and they’re like “What the heck are you doing?”  They can hear us right now singing.

Tracey:  Well it was good.

Chris:  Well anyways that was a good interview you guys.

Tracey:  Yes, thank you for previewing a couple of songs off your album.

Chris:  Your welcome.  It’s really amazing having me on your website.  Anna wants to say goodbye.

Anna:  Good bye guys!

Tracey & Michelle:  Goodbye!
